Privacy and Security
Lunaloom cares about your privacy. We will not share your information with a third party and the information you entrust us with is only used to process your order.We will only contact you at your permission.
Your credit card details are not seen or retained by Lunaloom.
Lunaloom processed all credit card transactions through Stripe, a leading global online credit card processing platform. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 .

Lunoloom is a New Zealand owned company. This means that you are covered under the New Zealand Laws.

Lunaloom makes every effort to ensure that descriptions, sizes, materials, and details of listed products are accurate and correct. However, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in color caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Prices on the site are current at the time of display and subject to variation without notice.

Payments

We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express credit cards, through leading global payment processing platform Stripe.

The prices indicated on Lunaloom are shown in NZ dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

If an obviously incorrect price appears on our website and is not corrected on your total at the time of order completion, for whatever reason (human error, technical error etc.), your order will be cancelled and the payment refunded to you, even if it has been initially validated.

We must receive payment in full before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us, Items will then be dispatched.
Delivery

We use Post Haste Couriers and NZ Post with track and trace within New Zealand

Delivery is free within New Zealand for orders over $100.

Orders are dispatched on the same working day where possible. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery depending on location.

For unstocked items, we will advise you of the approximate delivery date at which time you may accept or cancel your order.

Please note we cannot courier to a P.O Box.

Please let us know if you require complimentary gift wrapping. We can also arrange to send your gift directly to the recipient.
Returns and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order, unwashed or unused items in their original packaging may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of it is purchased.

Lunaloom makes a significant effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us on condition they were delivered to you. If your return is approved, we will email you and let you know your refund is approved. Then within five working days a refund will be processed.

Please note shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you and the return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs incurred. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately.
